6. Reviews and User Content
Reviews and feedback submitted on the Platform must be honest, based on genuine first-hand experience, and free of personal attacks. Chivle reserves the right to remove any review that violates this AUP or that we reasonably believe is fraudulent.
7. Enforcement
Chivle reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP. We may take any action we deem appropriate, including:
- Removing or editing content
- Issuing a warning
- Temporarily or permanently suspending or terminating an account
- Reporting conduct to law enforcement where required or appropriate
Enforcement actions do not create any liability on the part of Chivle, and we are not obligated to act in every instance of a potential violation.
8. Reporting Violations
If you believe a farm, buyer, or piece of content violates this AUP, please report it to info@chivle.com. We review all reports and take appropriate action, though we cannot guarantee a response in every case.
